If you've been following along for a while, you might know me as the person who's passionate about all things hair, whether it's sharing tips, talking about the latest products or helping you style your hair like a pro. Hair has always been at the heart of this channel and my work. But today I want to take a moment to talk about something new, something I'm really excited to share with you. While I still love everything about hair believe me, it's a huge part of who I am I've realized that there's so much such a bigger conversation we need to have, especially with us women who are over 50. This stage of life brings so much change and we need a space to explore that too. You see, over the years, I've built a career around helping people feel confident with their hair. But here's the thing I've been getting more and more questions and hearing more stories from women who are in this amazing yet sometimes challenging phase of life. Women who are navigating things like hormonal shifts, the empty nest, their friendships evolving and maybe even divorce or health concerns, and those things matter just as much, if not more, than how we style our hair. And I'll be honest, as much as I love talking hair, I felt a pull to talk about the other pieces of life that women over 50 are facing the changes, the joys, the tough moments, because, at the end of the day, our outer beauty isn't just about our hair. It's about how we feel inside, how we handle life shifts and how we stay strong and creative, how we move forward with grace and confidence, and that's what I want this podcast to be about. So here's what's happening I'm expanding this podcast and my YouTube channel to be a place where we can talk about everything that matters to women in this stage of life.

We'll still dive into hair and skincare because, yes, that's still a huge part of how we feel and express ourselves, but we're also going to talk about health, hormones, fitness and everything in between, Things like navigating empty nests, adjusting the life after divorce and maybe finding new purpose and joy in friendships and beyond. I want this to be a place where we can learn together, share stories and empower each other. Where we can laugh, cry and get real about what's happening in our lives.
