So, when you're starting a business, you need to pick the right ownership structure that works for you. There are different options like sole proprietorship, partnership, LLC, and corporations, and each has its own benefits and drawbacks. It's important to get help from a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or a lawyer to make the right choice for your business. The two things you should think about are asset protection and tax savings.
